We provide support services, mobility aids, and advocacy for adults living with disabilities. Everyone deserves access to care and respect.

Home Visit Program

We visit poor, vulnerable disabled adults in their own houses. Many cannot travel to clinics, so we bring care, companionship, and health checks directly to their doorstep.

Social Inclusion & Education

Through community education and outreach, we fight stigma and isolation. We create spaces where elderly and disabled adults are seen, heard, and valued.

Mortality Reduction Outreach

We run health education programs to prevent avoidable deaths in underserved communities, focusing on chronic illness, nutrition, and early detection.

Training & Capacity Building

We equip Health and Social Care workers with the skills and empathy needed to support elderly and disabled adults. Better trained caregivers = better quality of life.

Can people living with disabilities access your services?

Absolutely. We provide mobility aids, vocational skills training, inclusive education programs, and advocacy for people with disabilities. We also help connect them to other health and social support services.

How do your health education outreaches work?

Our outreach teams visit underserved communities, markets, schools, and places of worship to provide free health talks, screenings, basic medical consultations, and distribute hygiene supplies. We focus on health education topics like nutrition, hygiene, age-related illnesses, and maternal care.
